May's Recipe
CINCO DE MAYO CHICKEN
ENCHILADS
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups Cooked Chicken
1 Can Drained Rotel Green Chilies and Tomatoes
2 ½ Cups Half and Half or Heavy Cream
2 Cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Dozen Tortillas
Mix chicken and Rotel green chilies and tomatoes. Dip tortillas in cream. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, sprinkle
with cheese, roll and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. After pan is full, pour remaining cream over
tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes in 350 oven.
Serve with sour cream and salsa…YUMMY!!
Real Estate Tip!
More and more I am having clients that want to low-ball a listing. Not that I blame anyone for trying, but it seems to be backfiring a lot more than ever.
Sellers are accepting what the true value of their home is and they are listing it accordingly.
I am finding that if you come in with a really low offer, not only does the seller not counter, but if you do come back with a higher price, you have made them so mad that they now want to make you pay more!
My advice, know if the property you are making an offer on is already a deal. What are other similar homes being sold for?
If you find that it is a deal, make an offer that will create excitement, not discourage the seller.
